Italian Drummer, Sound Explorer, Piero Perelli is a musical maverick whose skills stretch from free improvisation to film scores with international artists and musicians, both live and in the studio.

This year the latest Sean Penn’s movie “Flag Day” came out and I had the honor and pleasure of being involved as a drummer and percussionist, recording along with Eddie Vedder, Glen Hansard, Cat Power and other incredible musicians. 

 

I’m also the main sound of the movie “Sergio Leone - L’italiano che inventò l’America” (2022) about the great director, with such a cast as Quentin Tarantino, Robert De Niro, Steven Spielberg Clint Eastwood.
